Privacy policy

This policy explains what the Wrestling Coach Planner Google Sheets template and the Wrestling Coach Planner desktop app for Mac and Windows (together, "Wrestling Coach Planner"), sold by Let's Wrassle Apparel do with your information. In short: your planner lives in your own Google Drive, and we never receive it.

Information the app accesses

When you connect your Google account, the desktop app asks Google for one permission: to see, create and edit only the Google Drive files that the app itself creates (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file). It cannot see or change any other files in your Google Drive, and it does not access your email, contacts, calendar or any other Google data.

With that permission the app:

• creates one season planner spreadsheet in your Google Drive;
• reads that spreadsheet to show your plan in the app; and
• writes the changes you make in the app (such as tasks, roster and weigh-ins, events, match results, practice plans and budget items) back to that spreadsheet.

Where your information is stored

Your team's data is stored in the spreadsheet in your own Google Drive. The app runs on your own computer and stores only a Google sign-in token and the ID of your season spreadsheet in your computer's user folder, so it can reopen your planner next time. The app has no server of its own: your data is sent only between your computer and Google, and is never sent to us or to anyone else.

How we use and share information

We do not collect, store, sell, rent or share your information, and we do not use it for advertising. We do not use it to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

Wrestling Coach Planner's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Removing access and deleting your data

• In the app, go to Settings → Sign out. This removes the sign-in token and the saved spreadsheet ID from your computer.
• You can also remove the app's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
• Your season spreadsheet stays in your Google Drive until you delete it there.

Children

Wrestling Coach Planner is meant for coaches and is not intended for children under 13. Coaches are responsible for handling their athletes' information under their school's policies.

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
